We are honored to be a part of an organization that supports our communities by serving the poor and vulnerable. Recently, Ascension Via Christi associates collaborated with HumanKind Ministries to collect personal hygiene product donations. The items such as soap, deodorant, toothpaste, and more, will go to about 17,000 people in need. We observe Organ Donation Day, we are reminded of the profound impact that selfless acts of generosity can have on saving lives. We believe in protecting and preserving life in every form, whether it’s through the safety gear we manufacture or by raising awareness about the importance of organ donation. Just as our safety PPE is designed to safeguard workers and ensure they return home safely, organ donation is a powerful way to give others the chance to live full, healthy lives. It's a testament to human kindness and the interconnectedness of our shared humanity. Let’s continue to champion both safety in our workplaces and the gift of life through organ donation. Together, we can make a difference, one life at a time. #KEL #OrganDonationDay #GiftOfLife #SafetyFirst #PPEIndustry #WorkplaceSafety #LifeSaving #HealthAndSafety #DonateLife #HumanityFirst

NATIONAL CLEAN UP YOUR ROOM DAY Spring cleaners get their wish granted each year on May 10th. Children often dread this parent-appreciated day. However, the observance doesn’t only target kids. It is for us all - picking up, straightening up, and cleaning up the whole house. Adults take spring cleaning seriously, and homes get aired out. They organize, de-clutter, and rearrange. It’s time to fix the broken and match up missing parts, like with like. We tackle cluttered closets and donate or throw away those things we no longer use. Help your children make their beds, clean their rooms, and eliminate the toys and clothing they have outgrown. #CleanUpYourRoomDay

Watch the video tour of the P.A.C.K. facility! Recently, we had an incredible PACK the Van event at the Isle of Hope, where we got an exclusive tour of the P.A.C.K. warehouse and distribution center, guided by Malena Stone herself! The organization and beauty she has infused into this space are truly breathtaking. For those who appreciate an impeccably organized environment (yes, fellow OCD friends, I'm talking to you!), this place is a dream. The bag-packing area operates with unparalleled efficiency – a model of streamlined operations crucial for packing over 4,300 weekly bags for kids. With 1 in 3 children in Southeast Georgia facing food insecurity, the impact of this efficiency cannot be overstated. Malena explained there are another 2000 kids on the waiting list for these food bags! But there's more to the warehouse than just efficiency; the shop area, thoughtfully designed by Malena, creates an experience akin to shopping in a high-end store for the kids. This beautiful, clean, and welcoming space is where children can select clothes and supplies that would otherwise be unaffordable for them. Additionally, it's here that 'emergency bags' are prepared for kids in urgent need, often with nothing but the clothes on their backs. These emergency bags, akin to overnight bags, are equipped with a change of clothes and essential items to support the children for a day or two. Words can not do justice to how impressive this place is – you have to see it for yourself. Check out our video for a full tour, and prepare to be amazed! In light of recent budget cuts, they desperately need the support!! (our ingenious politicians have cut 70% of their budget) P.A.C.K. needs our support more than ever to continue their vital work. Every donation makes a difference in combating child hunger in our community. Click the link below to donate NOW, and help us keep making a positive impact! Good360, distributor of goods to thousands of nonprofits, is shining light on a pressing issue: Hygiene Poverty. Essential items, like soap, shampoo, and toothpaste are the #1 most requested item. Access to hygiene products isn’t just about cleanliness—it’s about empowering people to lead healthier, more confident lives, enabling them to focus on education, work, and community. That’s why we’ve launched the “Close the Hygiene Poverty Gap” campaign and have set an ambitious goal to raise $50,000 by May 31st. With your support, we can send essential hygiene products like soap, deodorant, toothpaste, diapers, and more to families who need them urgently. Your donation will have a significant impact because Good360 can amplify your generosity by 50x. That means your $50 gift becomes $2,500 worth of essential products—enough to support a family of four for a full year! Join us as we close the need gap between the abundance of hygiene products available and families in need. Use the link to donate! https://lnkd.in/dGCNkbeB #closethehygienepovertygap.
