We’re delighted to announce that we have been recognised in the latest CCLA Investment Management report for making the biggest overall improvement in managing workplace mental health over the past two years. We’ve retained the Tier 2 status awarded to us in 2023 – indicating our consistent approach to integrating mental health management into our business strategy and reporting. The CCLA corporate mental health benchmark is used by investors to evaluate how the world’s largest listed companies are approaching and leading in driving positive change in employee mental health. This is a focus for investors because the financial performance of a company is directly linked to the mental health of its employees. At Weir, we recognise that the safety, physical and mental health and wellbeing of our employees are intrinsically linked and so wellbeing is a core part of our #zeroharm. We want everyone at Weir to know that we care - that it’s ok not to be ok and that we prioritise mental wellbeing.
