Move-in is the perfect opportunity to create friendly property-to-resident relationships. - Promote the Next Event: Use this opportunity to tell residents about upcoming events you have planned! This way residents know about all the great things you've been working on to make this semester awesome. We've also found there are tons of consumer brands and local businesses who would love to be involved with the move-in experience as they want to reach students in unique ways.
