I LOVE food rescue. To me it's a perfect business solution to 3 problems. 😠 Hunger. I hate being hungry. No one should be hungry. 🗑 Waste. Throwing useful stuff away infuriates me (especially with food, which takes a ton of effort to produce in the first place!). ⛽ Energy. Food is fuel. If the whole community is fueled with the right kind of energy...imagine how much better off we all would be.
