SirDavis is a luxurious brand, unapologetically tied to the singer herself through references in naming and flavours. It’s sweet and dare I say, feminine. But why not? Opening up traditionally men-dominated, strong and masculine liquor segment to a new audience can work wonders. As an avid fan of both Queen B and whiskey, I will buy it. Would you?

And what better way to do so than with a combination of pop-culture and immersive experience? TH’s latest Fashion Week show in NYC was marked by immersion. Hosted on an old ferry, waiters strolling between the ferry seats served guests champagne, beer, hot dogs, soft pretzels, and custom boxes of caramel corn with a Hilfiger logo and Statue of Liberty pins inside as a prize.

The Perfect Couple, which dropped this September on Netflix might just have the perfect advertising strategy. Teaming up with Diet Prada, a notoriously (in)famous gossip account on Instagram, the campaign portrayed the story of the family as a real one big juicy scoop. Taking the lesson from the Gossip Girl’s book, people actually got confused until they realised that it really was Nicole Kidman in the post and not the real Mrs. Windbury. Well done!
