Well, folks, all good things must come to an end! After four fantastic years and enough episodes to fill a library (of recruiting wisdom, of course!), The Recruitment Flex podcast is taking a bow. But before we head backstage, a giant THANK YOU to our incredible listeners who joined us on this journey and to the insightful guests who shared their brilliance. Together, we've tackled some big topics, sparked vibrant conversations, and helped shape the future of talent acquisition in North America. We know this may surprise some of you, but behind the scenes, we’ve been considering this for some time. Our mini-hiatus over the last week gave us a chance to take a beat, breathe and reconnect with our initial vision. When we launched the podcast, we hoped to ignite thought leadership and elevate the industry. Who knew this little passion project would mushroom into a successful industry discussion platform? We’d like to say mission accomplished! While keeping pace with the TA industry trends, speaking engagements, researching, and creating two podcasts a week has been thrilling, the real fringe benefit is identifying changes and opportunities in the market. The most strategic move is knowing when to celebrate success. We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity and the impact we’ve made. While we're closing the curtain on this chapter, the conversation around talent acquisition continues to thrive! With heartfelt thanks, Serge & Shelley

Big applause my friends. You both filled the void for the Canadian TA audience and were definitely a kinder and gentler version of those big dummies down South. The very first podcast episode I ever recorded from Portugal was from an echoing workspace in Portimão for Recruitment Flex, which I believe was called Bullsh!t Mountain. Thanks for jumping on C&C to guest host and for the years of great content.
