Energy…. Are you a giver or a taker?
Today, I had the pleasure of connecting with one of Adelaide's best in their field, Michael Hamilton, Business Manager - Commercial from Seeley International
What a passionate, experienced, well-rounded, humble and generous bloke!
He shared his passion for sustainability, gave me invaluable insights and ideas, and generously shared his experiences with what has helped their business grow and become the success it is today.
I also learned about Climate Wizard which is a one-of-a-kind heating and cooling technology that reduces energy consumption by up to 60%

I walked away with gratitude, a list of other people to connect with and a higher energy.
…..he did all this, not for anything in return, but purely because he's a bloody good human.
It made me conscious of how we spend our time. Do we omit a positive or negative energy in our interactions with our clients, coworkers and most importantly, our families?
Some people suck your energy dry, but thankfully others (like Michael) operate on a different plane, and instill positive energy wherever they go.
Collaboration is key to success. It can be daunting being in a new industry.
Sometimes I feel like a fish out of water as I continue to grow my knowledge and understanding of the exciting industry we're a part of, and how I can provide greater value to the organisations and people I support.
Meeting people like this makes it that much more rewarding.
