Greatland Gold PLC (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF) said it has completed the drilling program co-funded by the Western Australia Government Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS) at the Meadows gold target on its Ernest Giles project. Two diamond core (DD) holes covered 1,267.7 metres (m) in total with anomalous mineralisation of 8m at 0.12 grammes per tonne (g/t) gold from 316m returned from one hole (EGD006), associated with alteration and anomalous pathfinder geochemistry. 🗞️ Max Power Mining Corp (CSE: MAXX) | (OTC: MAXXF) continues to drill into thick lithium claystone sequences and fluid sequences 3 miles south of a recently completed widely-spaced triangle formation of drill holes at its Willcox Lithium Project in southeast Arizona. ⚒️ Diamond drill hole WP-23-04, collared 3 miles southwest of WP-23-03, has encountered a predominant lithium claystone sequence and six fluid sequences from the top of the hole to the base of the hole where it ended at 1,200 feet in a fluid sequence. 🗣️ Mr. Peter Lauder, Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager for MAX Power, commented: “This big step-out to the south and the first four drill holes in general underscore the potential scale of the Willcox lithium system which is being diamond drilled for the first time. Exploration confirms potential at the Matilda Copper Project The 2023 drilling program in the Matilda district commenced in April and was completed in November with a total of 7,597.21 meters drilled from 21 holes and was completed in two phases. To date, we have received results from 19 of the 21 drill holes executed at Matilda, 12 of which have returned encouraging grades above 0.2% Copper over downhole intervals greater than 10m. Results are in following the October-November 2023 drilling campaign of American Rare Earths Limited (ASX:ARR, OTCQB:ARRNF) at Overton Mountain, in the broader Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project area in Wyoming, and they have been described as "exceptional". The results, which include 11,040 parts per million (ppm) total rare earth oxide (TREO), confirm higher-grade rare earth mineralisation from surface, remaining open at depth. Major intersections from this batch reinforce the strong results recorded following diamond core drilling, and ARR is now confident of a significant measured resource. Tempest Minerals Ltd (ASX:TEM) has kicked off a 5,000-metre reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Remorse Copper Target, part of the company’s Yalgoo Project in Western Australia. The company’s ongoing data-driven, risk-weighted exploration efforts are aimed at uncovering valuable base and precious metals across an expansive 1,000-square-kilometre project area. The current drilling program targets the central area of the Remorse prospect, which has shown considerable promise based on prior geochemical and geophysical surveys. This phase is expected to provide critical data that will guide Tempest’s future exploration activities in the area. Aurumin Limited (ASX:AUN) has the reverse circulation (RC) drill spinning in a new campaign at the 881,000-ounce Central Sandstone Project in WA as the company seeks to take resources at the Sandstone #Gold Operations beyond 1 million ounces. The company plans to test up to nine new open pit targets in the RC program of around 40 holes for approximately 4,000 metres with all targets on mining leases and within 3 kilometres of the processing plant footprint. This first-pass exploration drilling is targeting multiple depositional models and styles including porphyry/intrusive hosted vein style, banded iron hosted and structural shear-style hosted mineralisation in mafic and ultramafic units. Great Boulder Resources Ltd (ASX:GBR) is testing the potential of the Polelle Gold Project near Meekatharra, Western Australia, in which it hopes to acquire a controlling share if exploration activities are fruitful. Under an agreement with Castle Minerals Ltd, Great Boulder has the option to pick up 75% of Polelle. The June drilling program involved 45 aircore holes across 1,764 metres, limited to four lines of shallow drilling – and assay results are now in. The drilling targeted areas in the northwest and eastern parts of the project and stayed within heritage clearances completed by Castle Minerals in 2022. While no significant gold was intersected, multi-element assays confirmed strong pathfinder anomalism, validating GBR's targeting model.
