We talk a lot about supporting other organisations with their wellbeing at work, but how do ART Health Solutions ensure we practice what we preach?
🏢We moved offices in the autumn of 2023 and what better way to validate the new space with our own WELL BI service, collecting data from our team pre-move and using it to inform the design and ways of working for our new space.
✅The team looked at wellbeing benchmarking, cognitive performance, a typical day-in-the-life, office purpose, office user profiles, challenges, benefits & needs, before coming up with a range of recommendations and next steps.
🔍I have to say, I really enjoyed being on the other side of this study as a ‘participant’ being able to explore my own ways of working and the opportunity to gain a deeper insight and awareness into my own working environment and how it impacts my cognitive performance.
💹As a result, the team have designed the new office space in such a way that enhanced our pre-move data, whilst also providing benchmarks and insight into ways we can continually improve our employee & workplace experience.
