The old Christian Barnard Memorial Hospital in Bree Street, Cape Town is finally being redeveloped👏👏👏 The new mixed-use development will include: 🏥 3 restaurants 🏥 Co-working space 🏥 1000 parking bays 🏥 Hotel with 122 rooms 🏥 3500m2 of #retail space 🏥 8000m2 of #office space 🏥 40 - 60 sectional title apartments for sale The project is being developed by a joint-venture that includes Ingenuity Property Investments and Kasada Capital Management. The #hotel will be Kasada’s 3rd hotel in #CapeTown and covers floors 8-10. Construction will be completed end of 2025.
