I had the incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that collaborated with Tiny Spoon Chef following the Babson consulting experience. We worked closely with Janice Carte, the visionary founder of Tiny Spoon Chef, to help her take her passion to new heights. During our time together, we delved into client and talent acquisition, analyzed raw data, identified growth opportunities in various markets, and developed innovative social media marketing strategies for Facebook and Instagram to expand Tiny Spoon Chef's reach. What I found most fascinating was working with a team that approached the business from a fresh perspective, asking insightful questions and challenging assumptions. It was a fantastic learning experience that provided valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship and culinary excellence.
