If there was only one thing you could measure to evaluate your rapid return on investment for any sales transformation initiative it should be consistently better call outcomes. Better advances lead to shorter sales cycles. Better advances mean the customer recognises more value, which in turn leads to easier and more profitable negotiations. Better advances are the key leading indicator that the changes you have made are paying off.
