I will show you why you need to nurture your potential customers to maximize sales conversions and how to do it using a Video Sales Letter Why do we need to do that? Only 3% of people in social media are in Buying mode while the rest do not consider buying anything and just skip the Ad. We need to catch their attention with their pain point but without speaking about our offer. We need to first erase their limiting beliefs and reduce the purchase friction before presenting them our product and making them our customers. We do this leveraging High Value Content Offers! The Ad, in and of itself, is not the sales vehicle. We use to channel the captured attention into our High Value Content Offers! The more expensive your offer is, more effort will be required to erase those limiting beliefs. People are more hesitant to buy expensive products or services. Is not the same a 50$ course or a 500$ one. For high ticketing products or services (over 150$), a 7-12 min VSL is perfect. You should show the ways on how your customers' can satisfy their pain points and unravel the best option and the end, which is your product, presenting it as an irresistible offer for them. I wanted to make a lot of money. So I started a free service. Honestly though, the company I quit my job to build isn't really about the money. Everyone says that, but I feel our actions truly show it. Hilal Dib and I started Vendry after seeing a lack of resources for helping people find great agency partners. Competitors and other solutions use much easier, more predictable ways of generating revenue. In short, they're effectively lead generation services for agencies. While these methods may work short-term, they lead to misaligned incentives — with the brand often getting the short end of the stick as a result. After realizing this, our thesis became simple: Start with brands instead, and align our incentives completely with them. We landed on a free service, where we only get paid once we find the client an agency fit they're happy with (which the agency pays in return for the work). It's not perfect, and it's not easy.
