Congratulations to the Easton Citizens Academy Class of 2024! Last night, the Select Board recognized residents who completed the 10-week Citizens Academy, which gave a behind the scenes look at what it takes to provide public services to our community of 25,000+ residents. Participants heard from department heads and staff and visited 8 different Town buildings, seeing firsthand where our staff work quietly behind the scenes each day to make sure we have running water, safe streets, quality education, and much more. This is the third year we've run the Citizens Academy, and we're looking forward to more residents joining us next year! Learn more about Citizens Academy at https://lnkd.in/eTY5sVBv

Business and Skills Advisor providing local and relevant information and support to help SMEs thrive and grow
Controversial opinion, I still like to watch the Apprentice. The candidates can be funny but I think Tim Campbell is a fantastic asset to show and a great role mode. So I was excited to see him talking about T-Levels. If you are interested in offering an 8 week placement to give a student a chance to experience what they're learning at College, in a real world setting please get in touch and I'll let you know how it works. Placements don't just benefit students, your business will gain too. Hosting a T-Level learner 🧑💼 Gives your team an opportunity to mentor and train 💡 Brings in fresh ideas and new ways of thinking 🤝 Builds your pipeline of potential future talent for junior positions #skills #tlevels #businessgrowth
From Lord Sugar's boardroom to City Campus Manchester, The Apprentice's Tim Campbell held a Q&A at The Manchester College on the importance of T Levels with parents and young people. Watch the video below to hear what Tim Campbell had to say during his visit to The Manchester College. Visit https://ow.ly/1Vu150RaeLq to find out more.
