Derek Casey from our Oelwein Shop spoke to the Oelwein High School Industrial Tech classes on March 12th. He explained the importance of safety and the consequences of not wearing personal protective equipment. Our team is ready to train the next generation of Welders!

Happy Holidays! Our HR team sure knows how to spread #HolidayCheer! Led by Laura Banner and Rosalynn Lampkin, they hosted a festive Town Hall for our team in our Sheldon plant. The Miles City Transco team demonstrates their Safety Always belief by conducting frequent confined space rescue drills. While they work tirelessly to ensure that no one enters a tank car without performing all of the required testing and permitting, they are ready for the unexpected. Conducting rescue drills builds “muscle memory” that will pay off in the event of a real emergency. Transco President, Bob Nelson addresses the Miles City rescue team after they demonstrated a simulated rescue from the inside a tank car in September.
