Well...Michael Lanero Fidalgo, EMBA our Chief Operating Officer and François Gianelli our Chief Regulatory and Quality Officer have been at the CASS Cell & Gene Therapy Product's meeting in Viriginia, USA. Francois, how are you today? I'm fine. How are you? Mika's not too bad. Let's say after two days of of a conference. Really interesting discussions. Yeah, yeah, No, for sure, I think we're really happy about participating to the cast meeting and one of the reasons we are coming every year now is because it's a great opportunity to discuss with our peers. This is the right side element, right size event. We have a lot of people that are coming from the industry facing the same challenges that we may be facing and sometimes having solution or we have solution to offer. And at the same time we have a lot of regulators coming and then that makes it quite special because we can have those. Industry regulators discussion completely disconnected off everyone's ongoing programs, but rather how we can discuss what's coming next in terms of regulation, which is very important. And interestingly, people know us, even FDA know us. So people is coming around and asking, uh, you are from a tree. That's interesting. There's a new way to develop products. That's where yeah, we are, we are following you. So I think it's really rich in terms of information, in terms of. People still also a small, let's say a small conference, but where you can talk to anyone. And this round tables are really interesting. I don't know how it was for you, but yeah, I think the quality of the interaction of the interactions are very what we are looking for here. And yes, yesterday I had a round table on a topic that is an emerging one in terms of guidance because the FDA just issued the guidance on the platform designation. And so that was very interesting because round tables or 10 people for the discussion and I had like 5 regulators joining just to see what was going to to happen. FDA wanted to see how the guidance has been perceived by the industry. And at the same time, European authorities were really eager to hear what was going on because I think they also have something coming on that topic. So very interesting roundtable yesterday. Interestingly, we also find that we are definitely not, let's say at the end of the queue from knowledge point of view on IPS, on CMC development and regulatory. Because every time we end the middle of this roundtable, I'm always asking myself to let sit and listen. But at the end, we always need to discuss and, and, and bring some points because things are not moving in the right direction. And we see that people are really liking some, some interesting, let's say points of, of the field. So there's always. A nice discussions going around and we bring something on the table and we go back with something out of the table. So that was great. We can recollect this picture. That's good. That's good. The importance of sharing our experience, our difficulties and our successes with our external environment, and of developing a strong relationship with the authorities in order to bring these new therapeutic solutions to patients as quickly as possible. Thank you both

We’re excited to learn that the first patient has been dosed in the Phase 3 MAGNITUDE Trial in the US. The Magnitude study is a world first gene editing trial, aiming to cure the deadly hereditary condition known as amyloidosis (FAP). NZCR, with Prof Ed Gane as Principal Investigator, was heavily involved in Phase 1 of the MAGNITUDE study, testing a CRISPR/Cas9 based gene editing drug for safety and efficacy in patients suffering from Hereditary Amyloidosis.
