The best pricing model is the one that makes sense for your customers and hits these elements: - Value based - Simple - Flexible - Predictable - Scalable Even though it is the industry norm, our community told us they dislike per-user pricing. They felt it penalized them for better collaboration. Needing more user seats didn't necessarily mean their clients were paying them more.
