An update for everyone interested in how we're going to transform cislunar transportation. And it's good stuff. In late October, the Federal Aviation Administration quietly released an Advisory Circular providing us with critical guidance on how it intends to regulate the nascent commercial space nuclear industry's offerings. This really is *great* news for anyone working this problem set - and that includes Dark Fission Space Systems. Uncertainty regarding the regulatory regime and the FAA's stance drives a lot of hesitation among potential customers and investors. The Circular's guidance goes a long way towards clearing up that uncertainty. We're happy to have already had the opportunity to speak with FAA regulators about their approach and how we can work to ensure compliance with their safety and security requirements.
