If I was a betting person, I’d stick a fiver on it being the single most important topic facing researchers. It’s about changing power dynamics in research; in organisations, with the researchED and the method changes needed to navigate these. You should be there. I’m going to be talking about this A LOT over the coming months. Because it’s important. And it’s vital imho that commercial researchers start understanding and getting on board with this topic. Because it’s not just for the third sector or academics- it’s starting to impact everyone in research.
