Additionally, the Cluster Relationship Manager monitors merchant satisfaction levels, collects feedback, and implements improvements to enhance the overall merchant experience. Generating regular sales reports and providing strategic insights to leadership are also key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Business Delivery: Develop and execute quarterly plans with merchants to achieve business targets aligned with the AOP. Create and implement strategic plans on the assigned portfolio to achieve long-term business objectives and foster mutual growth. Monitor merchant satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the overall merchant experience. Generate regular sales reports and conduct analysis within the team. Provide strategic insights to leadership to improve existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.   Team Management: Set targets for the team and guide them to ensure high performance and productivity. Take corrective measures as needed to address performance gaps. Foster a team culture focused on clarity and accountability for roles. Ensure monthly targets are consistently met by the team. Develop the team into a dynamic sales force through effective training. Ensure regular merchant meetings and training sessions are conducted by Relationship Managers (RMs) in their assigned zone.   Account & Merchant Deepening: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities within the zone, staying informed about new developments in the market. Nurture partnerships to gather feedback and optimize internal processes. Possess in-depth knowledge of the merchant's products and offerings. Explore and pursue new avenues for business expansion in the market. Qualifications and Skills: BBA, MBA Preferred or related field. ·At least 2 years of experience in team management Proven experience in relationship management and business development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ·      Experience in the insurance or fintech industries is preferred.
