True I can see this! But one good hiring can change the dynamics of a team in positive way. Team building is never as easy as one would think. Sometimes a selection you think will be a perfect pairing only results in conflict. It’s the leadership of and within the team after hire that develops continuous growth.
Wrong hiring starts with HR. It is not the management's job but HR's job to identify those who are the real culprits and creating the bad culture within org.
