Global interoperability is not the right term or what we really need for the case I believe. Because not many operators will operate globally. It will only serve to big players to dictate their own solutions. However global compliance is the key for those who want to sell globally for sure.

Is starting to make scramjet in Britain. And Australia is trailing USA in making and testing Scramjetric weaponry. The USA economy growing more for making all hypersonics.
