Umni no-code AI chatbot platform’s Post

Did you know, that even before the pandemic, during а 2017 global HR survey it was discovered that 62% of the employees would choose to use a self-service tool like a chatbot to support personal HR decision-making? The results matter most when asking for information from a chatbot or a human. According to IBM, chatbots can be an integral aspect of the new digital HR experience with a user-centric design that builds a motivated and high-performing workforce. Another fact: companies have seen a decrease in cost per hire of up to 71% using chatbot automation in early-stage communication with potential candidates. On September 19th, Barclays Eagle Labs is bringing together several leading startups, including the Umni no-code AI chatbot platform, to the HR audience to „Reimagine HR Tech and Analytics“. The HR tech forum will be hosted by Jeni Cornwall, Manager of People & Culture - Eastern Airways. Umni will be honored to share more about AI chatbots changing the routine in everyday HR communication and tasks – from recruitment, onboarding, HR Help Desk to employees' wellbeing.
