Hey, God. To be shame. And I've been here in a while, but. A pretty big prayer for you. No names in the national championship on Monday. I know you know because you've been with us the whole time. Couple weeks ago that field goal. I know you have a lot going on, so that was pretty chill. You took time to help us with that. I should also say I. Half not bet. On any of these games. Alright, I have. I half bet. But going forward if no name wins thou. Will not. Bet on games. For a month, couple weeks, we're probably better on Sunday. Come on God I know you can help us. Trucking dude. Pick sixes everywhere. Have a couple from Brewski's. Just please let know they win a national championship. Help. We pray for, pray for. No Damn. What are you praying for? Same. Notre Dame. Alright, cool. What did you go Notre Dame? Yeah, I went to note. No, I didn't go to Notre Dame, Did you? No, my uncle. Ohh. It's awesome. Yeah, alright. **** go Irish, go Irish.

Hey everyone! It's another hot today in Poland, and what better way to cool off than with a cold beer?
I'm not usually a huge fan of beer, but on days like this, it just hits the spot—especially when you're enjoying it with friends outside. Summer is still with us, and we've got to soak it all in before the chilly days of winter roll around!
For those of you trying to make friends here in Poland, here's a little tip: Take that first step! It might seem tough to break the ice, especially when you're living abroad, but trust me, it makes all the difference.
Whether it's a casual "Piwko dla ciebie!" or something else, reaching out is key.
Making the first move can feel intimidating, but it's the best way to connect and integrate into a new culture.
And hey, it doesn't have to be beer! The important thing is to show your willingness to engage and share a moment.
So don't wait around for someone else to make the first move—go out there and surprise your Polish friends with your Polish skills and a friendly gesture. You never know, it might just be the start of a beautiful friendship! 🌍🤝

The Caribbean has an interesting history, an interesting ongoing story, an interesting people. Consider first, that Islanders Lived there Before The Africans Arrived for Slavery, Consider also that islanders were left Behind after the Abolition of Slavery.
It is also interesting to note that the Caribbean Played a Key Part of The Slave Trade, 1) Global Production Output of Key Resources using Slave Labor 2) The Breaking Ground for the slaves being traded themselves.
Humanity has Grown Closer, Compassion is foundational to our united human moral code. Nations and people rebuild communities, love has transcended race and color, yet I have found 3 things Growing up on the Island
1) The Caribbean must again awake and compete on the Global Stage, claim its global share in International Commerce, and use the plethora of Resources, Knowledge & Skill and couple it with technology to advance. 2) The Caribbean, though the Omega to modern civilization post slavery, seems to be forgotten when real wealth is distributed. 3) The Caribbean people are Resilient and Proud, and will rebuild on their own if they must.
Lyrics;
Dready got a job to do, And he's got to fulfill that mission
To see his hurt is their greatest ambition
But we will survive in this world of competition,
Because no matter what they do
Natty keep on coming through
And no matter what they say
Natty do them every day
Natty Dread rides again
Through the mystics of tomorrow
Natty Dread rides again
Have no fear, have no sorrow

In the movie Cool Runnings, Derice Bannock gets caught up trying to copy the Swiss bobsled team's style.
He forgets who he is, where he comes from, and what makes his team unique.
Sanka Coffie pulls him back with one simple reminder: "Be Jamaican." And that’s when things start to fall into place.
The same applies to businesses. Too often, companies try to copy and paste another organization’s strategy, culture, or identity.
They look at what’s trending - whether it’s open office spaces, free lunches, or the latest "innovative" buzzword - and assume it will work for them.
Spoiler: it rarely does.
I believe:-
Every company has its own rhythm, its own beat. a pulse. Your people, your culture, your values - they are your competitive advantage.
Instead of trying to become the "Swiss bobsled team" of your industry, why not lean into what makes your company unique? Be Jamaican.
But it’s not just about strategy; it’s about people.
In Cool Runnings, the Jamaican team wasn’t built on bobsled expertise, they had none! What made them succeed wasn’t technical ability, but the passion, values, and heart they brought with them.
Skills can be learned, but the right mindset and values are priceless. That’s where true success lies, in creating a culture where people shine, where everyone is aligned with the same vision.
Let’s find your company’s rhythm.
Let me help you show your people what it means to work in harmony with the beat of your organization.
When everyone understands the culture, vision, and mission, they’ll work as one - and that’s when the magic happens.
After all, it’s bobsleigh time! 🛷🌴

I recently released a new-age track
My process from composition to release works smoothly, but what is next?
My constant blank mind about after-release action is locking my flexibility to compose diverse genres.
What would be your next step with this track?

The Where and When of: To Be (Oneself) Or Not to Be (Oneself)
This is my question:
Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of scorn and group censorship…
Some friends have PM’d me to ask if I’m okay and wonder if I might be oversharing when I post about my feelings, resentments, or past angsts.
I think many of these people are still living in a halcyon age where people received royalties and everything was fair and nice… and good.
I admit, sharing is cathartic; it helps to get it all out there and have some kind of record of my experiences from my point of view. I’ve held onto these thoughts for 20 years, and staying silent hasn’t done me any real good.
And perhaps it’s boring to read, but sorry… there’ll be a cat video for you to laugh at in a microsecond… to help you forget the creeping barrage of your own enslavement…
Also, the big question is: am I showing weakness by sharing?
Or is it stronger to fight for what you believe?
Anyhow, it’s not like I’m going to lose out on any record company work!
I’ve been blackballed by major record labels since 2004, YES, 20 years!!
What are they going to do, give me no work for another 20 years?
I was working hard and collaborating with top people, I had about 5 albums in the top 10, Dido was number 1 and going massive, winning two Brits! I realized in 1999 that a band making a Dido-type sound would be huge, and so I made my plan to find a band and make that happen.
In 1999, I found this band—This is the Keane I started working with:
https://lnkd.in/eRqspdhh
And I thought I could make a Dido-y sound with it, then I pitched the idea to the band. This was my sound, my studio, my synths, my vision. MY IDEA!!!
The transition was finished by the end of 2001.
But due to lies, broken agreements, and trusting people’s word and handshakes…
After they left my studio, they didn’t invite me to the BRITs and ghosted me.
Lee and Thompson lawyers and I filed suit against Island Records in 2010. Island Records said they’d try to do better the next time. 20th Anniversary’s release, 48 wrong credits!
Even songs on the 2001 CD made here at VibeyStudios by me were credited as ‘Tim’s Demos’. Imagine the INSULT!
AND don’t forget, because Keane told everyone they made Hopes and Fears themselves in their garden, they made it look like I was lying…
AND I have never been asked to work by a major record company again!!! Blacklisted
Due to the lies in 2004, I went from “superstar programmer” to some kind of ‘lying blagger scoundrel’ overnight…
My career kind of ended. So, I went independent, building up new acts on my own.
I wouldn’t really have minded if they hadn’t done the same thing to me again 20 years later with ENGLISH TEACHER.
I’ve made two of Island Records’ biggest UK acts and they stole both from me.
With Navratri just around the corner, it’s interesting to see how closely Garba and the Corporate world resemble each other.
• To begin with, entering the Garba circle requires you to step in first before you can learn the steps and join the rhythm. The same applies to the corporate world—you can only understand how it functions once you step in. It's through experience that you learn how to navigate.
• The most important one " GARBA PASSESS SETTING ". This setting is all about friends and connections you have, who will help you get the passes at a cheaper rate or even for free. Similarly, in the corporate world too connections and networking plays crucial for survival and growth.
• And finally, the music of Garba, mirrors the chaos of the corporate world. Both can seem overwhelming at first, but once you find your rhythm, it all starts to make sense.
Garba and corporate life, in many ways, are
DIFFERENT DANCES TO THE SAME BEATS
