why not get bored?? the festival celebrated by the whole country is here again. celebrating for 78 years but is this festival is still not boring to anyone. why..why.. there is no traditions, no caste and religious differences and there is no need to spend much money. after so many years of struggle, how can this festival be forgotten so quickly? it is better to say that.. we want freedom than to say that.. we fought for the country. what we can do without freedom? to study we need freedom.. to play, job, business.. at least we want to speak we want freedom. the first step for all these we need freedom. a country is not meant to be ruled by a few people. it should be recognise it that everything we do to get the in all fields is important. let's build a beautiful country together and the right is above all.. again let celebrate together and let's make our country beautiful.. happy independence day.

Having a good culture in a company is really important… For me, culture isn’t just about rules. It’s about how we work, learn, and grow together. I’ve always made learning new skills a priority, enjoying the work, and collaborating with talented people. Of course, we argue and fight sometimes. But that’s normal when talented people work together. It helps us grow. In the end, when our employees succeed, the company succeeds. I’m happy to be part of a great organization where talented people are coming together to create something amazing. That’s the culture I’ve always focused on—progress, teamwork, and winning together. #ultimez
𝐖𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞!! On 14th September, we came together to celebrate not one, but three vibrant festivals: Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid Milad, and Onam. 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝: A feast of traditional delicacies that brought everyone together. 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: We celebrated the festivals in colourful, cultural attire. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲: Fun-filled activities that strengthened our bond and made the day even more special. At Ultimez, we strongly believe in building people with great values. We understand the real purpose of all religions—coming together in unity and harmony. Every celebration reminds us of the strength we find in diversity!

⌛ It's incredible that we are about to enter the Year of the Dragon, and many astute customers 👨💻 have already strategized their inventory and production schedules for aluminum profiles to ensure year-end delivery before the Chinese New Year festivities. 🍻 It is important to highlight that the Chinese New Year 🎉 in 2024 will commence on February 9th, and our factory will be closed starting from January 30th.🎯 🌍 ✈ As our esteemed partners who are well-acquainted with conducting business with Chinese factories are aware, the CNY holiday season typically lasts for approximately a month, causing temporary disruptions in the supply chain. Hence, it is of utmost importance to plan ahead and make necessary arrangements to mitigate any potential delays. 🛎 🔥We continue to accept orders as usual, with production expected to be completed by March. #AluminumProfileManufacturer #AluminumExtrusionFactory #ChinaAluminumSupplier #CustomAluminumProfileSupplier #PunchingAluminumProfileFactory #ChineseCNCmachiningFactory

The organization of cultural events and festivals is a great way to foster the use of green spaces while making them safer and more accessible for all. The Varna Summer Festival organized by the Bulgarian city, partner of the URBACT network Cities After Dark, is a great example of how green areas such as its park on the sea can be revived in summer period through concerts of classical music and popular cultural, fostering a crossover among different styles since decades. In times of climate emergency, enhancing the access to green spaces in nocturnal hours is key for offering refuge from severe heat while contributing to the social and cultural growth of the local community. This is one of the four strands of action of Cities After Dark, aimed at granting the right to the city at night for all. I agree. One of the most illuminating (and enchanting) interviews with a #creativeproducer I've ever seen. I can't think of another producer who, on a public stage of this kind, is so up front about #financing, failure and production challenges and ultimately, of course, phenomenal success, but then there's only one Svana Gisla, only one #Abba and only one #AbbaVoyage (although others are trying to repeat the trick, which may be impossible. Discuss!). Beyond Conference #creativeindustries #artsandentertainment
One of my favourite sessions from Beyond Conference last year. The inimitable Svana Gisla in conversation with Prof Andrew Chitty about the genesis, staggering challenges and successes of ABBA Voyage. It's quite the story, imagine dropping Bowie and Bjørn into a story and it not sounding like a humblebrag! BEYOND is off to MediaCity Salford (25-27 Nov). Wanna come? There's a limited number of Super Early Bird tickets available: https://bit.ly/4bhBBO1
