The success of the USS New Jersey (CG-62) serves as a true example of innovation and integration in naval combat systems. Kudos to the Navy for the USS New Jersey's inclusive design, which thoughtfully accommodates both male and female crew members. This ship not only represents technological excellence but also provides the other half of the population an opportunity to serve as submariners. #USNavy #Innovation #InclusiveDesign #CombatSystems #Leadership
