After having worked in the tech industry for over 27 years, I was excited to take on the hat of Co-Founder and CTO at Proppify. The world of tech has always inspired me. With every new technology that emerged, I was driven with curiosity to learn more about the field, and bring more to our clients in terms of software offerings. 🚀 As the CTO at Proppify, this one thing was clear to me: I wanted my team to go beyond just delivering top-notch software. It's crucial that they deeply understand our clients' business challenges and develop solutions that directly drive their revenue and business growth. 📈 Here are 5 best practices I follow to effectively carry out my responsibilities as CTO at Proppify:

From those initial concept sketches to countless prototypes, our team has poured their hearts into bringing Moggie to life. There were sleepless nights spent troubleshooting technical hurdles and moments when we had to pivot and adapt to overcome seemingly impossible obstacles. But we wouldn't be here without the unwavering support of our amazing backers. Your belief in Moggie from day one fueled our determination to push forward, even when the path was uncertain. Whether it was through encouraging messages, thoughtful suggestions, or constructive criticism, you've been instrumental in helping us refine and perfect Moggie. Thanks to the invaluable feedback from our early testers, we've made some significant improvements: 🔋 Battery Life Boost: We extended Moggie's battery life by 30%, so it now lasts an impressive four weeks! 📈 Enhanced Data Features: We've added a weekly summary of your cat's data, plus the ability to ask cat-centric questions to our very own CatGPT. 📊 Improved Data Views: You can now access historical data more easily, and our testers helped train our machine learning by tagging activities, boosting activity accuracy. This milestone isn't just a win for our team; it's a win for everyone who's been part of this journey. Seeing Moggie in the hands of our first customer fills us with immense pride. It is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when a community comes together to support innovation.
