I unleash the power of property investors to conquer success, maximize profit, and elevate the quality in refurbishment projects.
Independent Building Control vs Local Authority Building Control These are some reasons why we chose Independent Building Control over Local Authority: · Independent firms can offer more flexibility in terms of inspections and approvals. · Expertise: Specialized knowledge may be available for specific projects. · Quicker Response: Independent bodies may provide faster responses than local authorities. Local Authority Building Control: · Processes may be slower due to high demand. · Limited flexibility compared to independent options. What criteria do you use to select Independent or Local Authority Building Control? Your success in real estate investing or building will depend mainly on the right contractor. In my two and a half years of being in this business I have gone through: 1. The deceptive contractor 2. The inexperienced contractor 3. The "cut corners" contractor 4. The "trying to charge way too much" contractor 5. ...and yes, the very good contractors I have spent thousands of dollars on my mistakes. You don't have to. Watch and share how to navigate the contractor mess.

The #BuildingSafetyAct addresses the need for enhanced safety measures in the construction industry and sets forth guidelines and regulations to ensure that buildings meet specific safety standards, both during the construction phase and throughout their lifespan. Whilst we can’t yet be sure what the reality is of the amended building safety act, one thing we can be certain of is that it will delay sales, so if you’re looking at buying or selling, make sure you act early to reduce the ongoing impact on the sales process. We have covered this topic in depth on our website, which we invite you to read here to understand this highly technical and very fast-moving area. https://lnkd.in/efgHWEQB #stalbans #stalbansbusiness #stalbanslawyer #stalbanssolicitor #solicitor #solicitors #legaladvice #lawfirm #commercialproperty #firsttimebuyer
