People involved in Business believe a steady job is the way to go, while employees fantasize about the freedom of running their own business. It's a never-ending cycle, and it just goes to show that every profession has its own set of challenges. So, what’s the secret to maintaining sanity no matter what your job is? I believe the answer lies in discipline.Discipline acts as a safety net that keeps everything balanced, no matter the profession. It helps you stay focused, manage your time effectively and achieve your goals despite the daily grind. The Professional Work Basics course aims to develop various skills related to the work environment, including understanding and dealing with workplace culture, communication with colleagues or managers, emotional intelligence, job performance, and other topics, with the aim of improving job awareness and facilitating success in professional life.

My personal style of work safety: judge people by nothing else than their performance. Personally, I do not care about your gender, your age, your background l, country of origin or anything else. I only care about if we can work together, and if you help achieve great results. If you do, you are a winner in my book. If you do not, you are not (yet). I have noticed that this creates a safe workspace in which attention to details and focus on the work and healthy passionate discussion around quality are likely. Should we all use this standard instead of artificially trying to create one? What do you think?

The Evolution of Productivity: Hours → Impact. In the past, productivity was all about the hours we put in and the quantity of the results we achieved. We believed that working long hours and producing more meant being more productive. But, our understanding of productivity has evolved. Now, it's about the quality of the hours we invest. The results we achieve in one hour of high-quality work can surpass what we might produce in a full day of unproductive effort. It’s time to shift from "How many hours we work" To "How much work we put into our hours." It's not about working more, but working better.
