Every year around this time, some of the team members who have been working in my team move on to new opportunities within the company to continue their career growth. While it's always bittersweet, I know that change is a natural part of our journey. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with these colleagues, and together, we've accomplished so much. We've built meaningful relationships, celebrated milestones like marriages and births, and supported each other through challenges and successes.
