Each month, we work with long term Partners of Greater Manchester Chamber, UK, Freeths to deliver a HR Matters session for HR professionals in our network. In July, this session will focus on Sexual Harassment. From October 2024, a new law will place a duty on employers to take ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment of workers by their colleagues. It is therefore more vital than ever that employers are equipped with a comprehensive understanding of sexual harassment, its implications and practical steps for managing and tackling it within their organisations.
