We recognise the strengths and talents that neurodivergent people hold are truly invaluable to our organisation. We may all process information or communicate differently, depending how our brains are wired but we believe having the freedom to be our true selves can enable our colleagues to thrive.  As part of #NeurodiversityCelebration week, some of our incredible colleagues championed a BRAVER approach, sharing their vulnerabilities around recognising their neurodiversity, while challenging stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences ❤️ #VirginMoney #BRAVER #NeurodiversityWeek #Inclusion

Seems strange to me that this celebration of neurodiversity has many fine feminine examples and not a single masculine example. Suggests to me the culture change still has some way to go, but at least it appears to be moving in the right direction.

There are less than 2 weeks to go until the final deadline (Sunday 5 May) for completion of Dyslexia Scotland’s dyslexic adult survey. Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey.  Dyslexia Scotland still need more men and ethnic minorities to complete the survey to enable it to be a representative sample of the Scottish population. Women are still very welcome to take part. You can find details of the survey at: Dyslexia-friendly Scotland survey | Dyslexia Scotland - Dyslexia Scotland
