The survey identifies areas for the improvement with the regard to collaboration. It can be noticed decrease in demand for the digital services as focus is back on live events. 3 learnings from attending the SIETAR Europa congress: 🎢 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱: diving deeper into topics of my preference was fun, but my favourite sessions were those on topics I had little to no knowledge about because I was able to uncover my blind spots (i.e. areas of learning). 🔍 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆: someone in the field may share their thoughts or jokes confidently, but that doesn't mean I have to automatically agree. Critically reflecting on comments and situations strengthened my confidence in forming my own opinion. 🎇 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹: having the opportunity to connect with people that I might have never met in my everyday life was a game-changer to exchange views, reflect on sessions, and thereby keep learning.
