To my male network out there - which of the below mentioned strategies have worked for you? How to be a male ally within your business: - Gather information to determine the experiences of women who report to you. - Look at the numbers of men and women and where they are in the hierarchy. - Talk to the women in your team, meet them one on one; are there any structural issues preventing women from progressing? - Listen, and practice being an active listener. - Analyze what you have heard. - Act on the information you have gathered, reach out to your HR team, reach out to other leaders to see if they have come across similar challenges. - Make the advancement of women in your business it a measurable goal. #womenintech #empowerment #genderequality
