During Summer Professional Development, Vista College Prep celebrated our staff members with Aim Higher Go Further Awards, in recognition of all the hard work and dedication that they put into the 2023-24 school year in service of our students. 24 of our teachers received awards for achieving level 3 of our Teacher Career Pathway – a remarkable accomplishment! The TCP is a program unique to Vista, designed to attract, develop, and reward our teachers who have made the largest measurable impact on student achievement.
