We're excited to share our latest work on Atomic Layer Deposition #ALDep and its impact on tuning transport properties of #thermoelectric thin films. In this study, we successfully synthesized Sb2Te3–Sb2Se3 nanostructures using thermal ALD, achieving precise control over layer thickness and functional properties. Our research highlights the potential of ALD to improve the electrical performance of metal chalcogenides and provides valuable insights into achieving high performance in 2D materials. I am absolutely thrilled about the publication of my new article, and I can't wait to share with everyone. In this research, CTAB-modified WO3 thin films were prepared on FTO-glass using Na2WO42H2O as a precursor by spin-coating, with CTAB/Na2WO42H2O ratios affecting film properties. Increased CTAB ratios led to smaller particle sizes and a transition to spherical morphology. Films with a CTAB/Na2WO42H2O ratio of 2.451 displayed the best electrochemical performance like high current densities, enhanced charge capacity, and improved ion diffusion. These outcomes suggest a promising future for these modified thin films in advancing electrochromic devices. We are thrilled to share our latest #publication entitled "Maximizing Potential Applications of #MAX_Phases: #Sustainable Synthesis of Multielement Ti3AlC2"🔬⭐️ In this study, the molten-salt-shielded synthesis method was used to dope Ti3AlC2 with Nb and Mo. It was shown that the hexagonal lattice structure is preserved, with successful dopant incorporation enhancing vibrational modes and chemical environments.
