We manage a balance of both economic and philanthropic CSR initiatives. Here are some of the boxes we tick when it comes to CSR: -  Economic CSR essential for building sustainable economies and reducing dependency on external sources. -  Philanthropic CSR provides us with resources to deliver aid programmes - Social Impact – The sorts of programmes we build that are focused on engaging communities - Innovation – We implement innovative programmes through education which hit at the core of social issues like gaps in the STEM workforce. How can funders support social mobility? 📈 In this roundtable, community organizations tackled the biggest challenges and strongest interventions for upward mobility, and identified funder interventions that could help move the needle. Like most social issues, it's a complicated web to untangle, from self-belief to career support to reimagining school curricula. Report coming soon, but one thing was clear: We have to tackle this issue systemically if we want to see results.
