Upon her arrival, Tricia engaged in a lively conversation with our colleagues: 1. What's the best advice that impacted your professional journey and why? - I had a CEO tell me early on in my career that effective people can manage many 'balls in the air". However, they can become addicted to seeing how many that can continue to add on and lose sight of the true goal. I took this to heart and always try to evaluate my own work from that perspective and prioritize what is truly important. I always tell my teams that activity does not always equate to value. 2. If you could spend an entire day doing one activity that brings you joy, what would it be? - I am a nature lover at heart and my perfect day would be spent outside enjoying it with my family. My best memories are with my family boating, hiking, picking apples and pumpkins or on the beach. 3. As you embark on this new journey with our company, what unique contribution or change do you envision bringing to our team? - This is an amazing organization that has had tremendous growth and I am excited to be apart of the next chapter! Customers and a trusted brand are the lifeblood of every organization. I would like to utilize my 16 years of fleet management knowledge and passion for customer management to help design a best in class customer experience.
