I couldn’t be more thrilled about tomorrows chat! Camber isn’t thinking about change, or just meeting about change … we’re doing the work and creating models and frameworks for those that really want to be about the business of inclusive workspaces where everyone belongs. We’re cracking the DEI code and sharing the framework with our partners and those partners are experiencing the impact within their workforce and bottom line. In the last 3 years Camber Partners made huge strides in their workforce demographics with underrepresented groups shifting from 17% in 2020 to 41% in 2023. While the overall outdoor industry - non Camber partners are still lagging behind. Our work is going to be a National Case Study this year, it would be a shame for those in our network who want to be apart of real change to be left behind. Camber can do more than help … we have the solutions with data to support. The performative agenda is not longer acceptable to consumers and team members.
