Share your wins, not just with the world but with your people too. Here's one of the first major lessons I learnt on joining Flexeserve What we do is absolutely amazing, but sometimes we get lost in the "every day" of getting It done. The hot-holding technology we developed is so extensive and intricate, the product of years of R&D. Most importantly, though, it is the people behind our market-leading products that make them so incredible. So, upon joining the company years ago, one of my first major initiatives was to introduce a 'Social Wall' where we shared our wins and latest social media posts; it also highlights some of our awesome colleagues and the work they do to make us the market leader we are in our space. Our 'Social Wall', courtesy of Walls.io, is still alive and thriving across screens in our HQ, and it especially keeps our assembly team updated on all our latest news.
