A powder forming machine is a machine used to press granular or powdered raw materials into various shapes of tablets, including ordinary and special-shaped tablets. This machine is particularly suitable for large-scale products or production with high requirements for product density. It can press multiple tablets with one mold and is suitable for large-scale production industries. The equipment of the powder forming machine has high precision, convenient mold replacement and installation, easy to learn, and highly automated. All actions are controlled by a microcomputer PLC, which can run continuously and automatically, and can adjust the pressing time, pressure and product thickness. The hydraulic system uses imported parts from Taiwan, with high stability, which can effectively avoid problems such as oil leakage, easy oil dirt, insufficient pressure, and asynchronous action. The working part and the hydraulic system part are separated and independent, pollution-free, and have automatic heat dissipation function to minimize losses. Changing different calibres requires replacing the cover slot, adjusting the guardrail and gland wheel, which takes about 40 minutes. Underpress Twin Lane, Good Part, Bad Part Diverter The UPM reject chute is mounted below the tool of an injection moulding machine and above a twin lane belt conveyor to separate the reject, sampling, and good parts. During normal operation this unit conveys both reject and good parts to the machine non-operator side and sampling to the operator side via reverse switch. The good parts are then conveyed to a UPM tote handling system for product accumulation. Part cooling and static removal options can be incorporated. During a reject cycle the machine provides either a 24v dc or volt free contact that is held on for a timed period to move the metal diverter over to drop all the parts on to one lane of the conveyor, these parts are then conveyed to a reject tote or granulation system. The UPM reject chute can be designed with different orientations to fit any moulding machine. We currently have models that will fit into the following IMM’s; Demag 420T, 350 IntElect, 350T, 250-630 El-Exis, 220-610 Int Elect,150T El-Exis. Engel 220T Mono, 380T Mono & 380t Combi. We can adapt our design models, so they fit into most other IMM’s on the market.
