🎉 Celebrating a Decade of Student Excellence at WSU Everett! 🎉   As we commence the Spring 2024 semester, I reflect joyfully on the incredible journey of the past decade. This Spring marks the 10th anniversary of the graduation of our inaugural cohort of students from WSU Everett, and what a remarkable journey it has been! 📷 Picture 1: Flashback to Fall 2012 – 24 mechanical engineering students thriving in WSU Everett classes, culminating in the inaugural Order of the Engineer Induction ceremony in Spring 2014. Kudos to our outstanding students for conquering BSME degrees with a unique blend of Everett local and Pullman interactive video conference instructions. Your success ignited WSU Everett's growth. 📷 Pictures 2 & 3: Fast forward to Summer 2013 - WSU Everett students delving into lab courses in Pullman. Today, we take pride in our cutting-edge lab facilities at WSU Everett, providing the best hands-on learning experience here for our students. 📷 Picture 4: Meet the pioneers of our first student organization - the WSU Everett Engineering Club was founded in January 2014. Back then, as shown in Picture 5, some brainstorming sessions drew inspiration from my kids' toys. From those playful moments emerged the decision to develop a Mars Rover as our first club project, a decision that led to great success later! 📷 Last Picture: Observe the transformative journey - students showcasing their engineering prowess and leadership as they not only presented their Mechatronics design projects but also chaired the sessions. This event later evolved into the grand Engineering Showcase Day event. Our journey has been filled with innovation, dedication, collaboration, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. These pictures capture moments from a decade ago, showcasing the foundation upon which WSU Everett's success was built. Yet, the journey didn't end there—over the years, we've achieved, learned, and created countless memories. Here's to the continued success and growth of WSU Everett in the years to come! 🚀 #WSUEverett
