Steps. No, I'm not posting about the band; what a tragedy. I feel better when I move a lot during the day. I also get stiff calves and achilles from years of high impact sports. I've switched predominantly to barefoot shoes (love them!) but I now want to get an under-desk treadmill/walking pad so I can walk more whilst at work. Has anyone got one? Do you use it? First we worked on getting width/creating angles to receive. We followed that up with being a threat in behind. Some key points are clean lines, body shape, & change of pace. Some players are just moving to move. Efficient movement off the ball will put you in better starting positions, which will lead to a higher success rate.
