Being Ukrainian means performing at your best no matter the circumstances, helping others even if it seems impossible, caring for your values in uncertain times, and loving your motherland with all your heart. We thank our defenders for the opportunity to call Ukraine our home, live in a free country, and celebrate this special day. Happy Independence Day of Ukraine!

( repost after corrected referrals ) 24.02.2022 the day that changed everything for Ukrainians, I’m not an exception. It’s “anniversary” no one would like to exist, the full scale invasion into beautiful Ukraine. 🇺🇦 The ongoing horrors and long lasting consequences brought by full scale War are inconceivable in scale. The time was cut in two , to past and present but with future to be fought for. *In the past Sadly but in part this dark day did not came all of a sudden, the precursors were events in Donetsk and Luhansk 2014, which were not taken seriously enough. It was hardly expected or seemed believable, but there were little actions to “nip it in the bud”(from Ukranian side as well by not marking it properly). This fact is not for an embarrassment but for reconciliation and alertness sake🔔. *At present The support given to Ukraine by allies (considering the scale of collaterals and resources required) is strong and is met with big gratitude. 🤝 Staying alert and keep acting & supporting, cherishing love to life and values behind it are the key solution. Stay United , stay with 🇺🇦 for returning peace to Europe. *In the future So that younger generations could see only peaceful skies…

❝Dictators who are desperate do desperate things.❞ The Allied invasion of Europe in 1944 was by no means perfect. However, 80 years on, the D-Day landings can teach us much about contemporary warfare and 21st century conflicts. Perhaps most pressingly, D-Day and its aftermath teach us about autocrats' willingness to sacrifice everything, rather than face failure. As Putin wages his destructive war in Ukraine, this article reflects on the successes and shortcomings of the D-Day operation and how Western allies can apply its learnings to their support for Ukraine. 🔽 To read this Critical Thinking from Jamie Shea, Senior Fellow at Friends of Europe, follow the link below. #CriticalThinking #UkraineInitiative #DDay #DoNotNormaliseTheWar

❝D-Day was not about caution and half measures but the willingness to take great but calculated risks to achieve an absolutely essential aim.❞ Eight decades later, there is still much to learn from the D-Day landings: the Allied invasion of Europe bares important lessons for Ukraine's allies, while the end of the Nazi regime demonstrates the lengths dictators will go to protect their autocracies. As Putin wages his devastating war in Ukraine, these teachings are more prescient than ever. ⤵ To read this Critical Thinking from Jamie Shea, Senior Fellow at Friends of Europe, follow the link below. #CriticalThinking #UkraineInitiative #DDay #DoNotNormaliseTheWar

Today marks two years since Russia launched its full-scale war against Ukraine. As a Ukrainian team, this time has been incredibly tough and brought with it a great amount of pain and loss for us all. But it has also highlighted the solidarity, will, and resilience of Ukrainians. Our collective will to win daily fuels our resistance. Our Defenders are daily putting tremendous effort into ensuring our peaceful future. However, it’s also the outpouring of solidarity from across the globe that became a beacon of hope, reminding us that we as a nation are not alone in our pursuit of truth and independence. And for that, we are incredibly grateful! The road ahead is challenging but united, we are resolute. We in Qela support and promote democratic movements and will always invest our resources into the fight for a free and just world. Because the future we want to see is built on freedom, democracy, and justice. #ukraine #democracy #win #russiaisaterroriststate

Two years on we must support Ukraine with as much as it takes, for as long as it takes. Only then will a sustainable peace be possible. Ensuring a free, secure, and prosperous Ukraine emerges from this war is in all of our interests. #StandWithUkraine #DefendDemocracy

More talk Albo, helicopters Nah, coal Nah; good to have given some support but consider the ramifications of a failed Ukraine for all of us!
Ukrainians are fighting not just for their homeland, they are also defending the fundamental principles that underpin a stable, peaceful, prosperous world. Australia stands in solidarity with our international partners and the people of Ukraine. Slava Ukraïni! Anthony Albanese

Today, Ukraine celebrates the 105th anniversary of promulgating the Act of Unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic (UPR) and the West Ukrainian People's Republic (WUPR). Also on this day, a year earlier, in 1918, the independence of the Ukrainian People's Republic was proclaimed. These two events are significant in our history because they became fundamental milestones in the creation of the Ukrainian state and crowned the desire to unite Ukrainians who were divided by the borders of the empires of that time. Now, we continue the fight for our unity and freedom. And every day, we prove that Ukrainian people are the only ones who, like a century ago, aspire to live in a free Ukraine. Today, our unity is our weapon. Together, we will defeat the enemy and build a strong Ukraine.

Individuals that are truly a Slave of Money will always be a damaging factor/force to their environment. The (MAGA) Republican Party has a lot of those "slaves" on their payroll (actually the citizens pay their salary - Tax) who are clearly on Russians payroll as well. The problem with "Slaves of Money" is that there always be parties who offer more Money or other assets of high value (real estate, company stocks - off shore) and they will in fact buy their legions. Again evidence that the US Constitution is in urgent need of an upgrade to present and future's standards! I do hope that the aging POTUS will stay in power and will see these changes made to protect Freedom and Democracy! #EndAllDictators - #EndMagaRepublicanMovement #Fight4Freedom - #Fight4Democracy #Vote4Freedom - #Vote4Democracy #VoteDemocrat - #VoteBlue #SlavaUkraini
Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, received campaign contributions from American Ethane, a company 88% owned by three russians, including a russian nationalist Konstantin Nikolaev, who previously funded a russian spy Maria Butina. No wonder he is against the aid to Ukraine.

A professional who works at the intersection of authentic leadership and effective communication; and who knows how doing this can add real value to an organisation or group, and their stakeholders. ‘Truth well told’
I spoke to Deutsche Welle to contribute to a piece about the dire current situation in Ukraine. This is a wolf that WILL come to our door if we do not do the right thing, so I had three key messages: 1. Western leaders must realise that a Ukranian victory is in all our interest. 2. Western audiences must know the absolute barbarism of what Russia is doing to ordinary Ukranian civilians, including children. 3. The only reason Ukraine is not winning is because we are letting them down by not giving them the weapons they need. 👇(Use translator) https://lnkd.in/ea8MMNms

Two and half years since Russia’s full-blown invasion of Ukraine, more than 11,000 civilians have been killed. The longer this tragic war continues, the greater the risk of escalation and spillover. We must stop the suffering and break the cycle of violence – for the sake of the people of Ukraine, the people of Russia, and the world. Today, though the prospects for peace may seem distant, I am inspired by the growing calls for dialogue. So let us intensify our efforts to seek peace in Ukraine – a just, comprehensive and sustainable peace, in line with the UN Charter, international law and resolutions of the General Assembly. The United Nations stands ready to support all efforts towards achieving this goal.
