Almost seven years ago, this man walked through the gates of Envirotainer. As I now get ready to leave the company, I've taken the time to reflect upon the journey that the organization and I have made. Like most gradual changes, you don't quite notice it in your everyday job. Yesterday's utopia is today's reality, kind of. Still, the way that we as an organization have been able to evolve, challenge ourselves and create better ways of working is striking. Looking back to where we were all those years ago, we're now vastly more effective in providing what is expected of us from partners, customers and regulators. At the same time, the way that we today are able to look at the need of our customers and transform that into products and services that are market leading is beyond impressive. During my time with Envirotainer, we've gone through three different PE owners, launched a ground-up new family of three different types of containers and are in the process of integrating the pharma division of Va-Q-Tec, a respected competitor - and there's yet more to come! From a personal perspective, I hardly know where to begin. I've had the opportunity to celebrate success, find learnings from failure and - above all - work with some truly spectacular people. I'd like to thank you all for challenging me when you could, supporting me when I needed it the most and making me laugh almost every day. I know that you will carry the torch further and keep the laser-like focus on patient safety as priority number one. A natural question to people in my situation is "so, whats next?". The answer, in my case, is "I don't know". I'll have a summer season to ponder on that and I'm exited to find out! There are, however, three things I do know: I'd like to know more about what you're up to, I like coffee (preferably the real kind, but a virtual will do) and I'm willing to spend the time to combine them both. Days when all teams come together and work on one thing - improving our products and services. Days when everyone puts in as much effort as possible to find ways to be a more efficient, productive, secure, and customer-oriented company. The crucial part that makes this happen, I believe, is the open-to-any-thoughts environment." 🔍 How has Sensorberg grown and developed during your time here? 📲 Maksim: "The biggest change I've seen is our new software solution, OneAccess mobile app, and how many steps we have taken in developing new hardware. I'm glad to see how all the previous experiences of many people transform into something new. " 🔍 How have you grown professionally in this last year? 🚀 Maksim: "To be honest, Sensorberg has become a big growth platform for me. I joined the company in the middle of the migration process between clouds and the development of a new software solution. All these aspects gave me the opportunity to participate in many processes that required non-standard approaches, a huge scope of knowledge, and keeping in mind the whole architecture view. Today, when we are building our new solution, it's a great chance to work with modern and cutting-edge technologies."
