Want to know what our technicians think about working here? We asked technicians from each location, and here's what Mike said from our Charleston, SC, team! "The culture here is accepting and welcoming, and people take care of each other. Other companies I've worked for, it was: you come in, do your job, and get out of there. Here, any issue, personal or work related-it doesn't matter. People here band together and take care of you." One of our philosophies at Total Comfort Solutions is ensuring we have the "right people in the right positions.". Our hiring process is set up to find people who are excited about a culture that fosters personal and professional growth and who care about the well-being of others. #TotalComfortSolutions #LincService #culture #employees #hiring #familyoriented #caring #professionalgrowth #personalgrowth #wellbeing #workculture #tradejobs

Your company’s approach is definately “Best Practices.”

It also establishes the culture of the facility. Since commercial carpet can be a costly investment, you want your carpet to look its best and last as long as possible. Here are three cleaning mistakes that will shorten the life of your carpet and lower your return on investment: 1. Using the wrong cleaning equipment. 2. Using the wrong cleaning product. 3. Hiring an untrained, unskilled technician to clean your carpet. Fortunately, the remedy is simple: Hire a qualified floor care technician. What is a qualified technician? One who has attended training and demonstrated their carpet-cleaning skill. In addition, a qualified floor care technician uses the correct cleaning equipment and cleaning product because they follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞?
