Hello Everyone my article about 5g network 5G is the fifth-generation technology standard for cellular networks, which cellular phone companies began deploying worldwide in 2019, and is the successor to 4G technology that provides connectivity to most current mobile phones5G networks are cellular networks, in which the service area is divided into small geographical areas called cells. All 5G wireless devices in a cell communicate by radio waves with a cellular base station via fixed antennas, over frequencies assigned by the base station. The base stations, termed nodes, are connected to switching centers in the telephone network and routers for Internet access by high-bandwidth optical fiber or wireless backhaul connections. As in other cellular networks, a mobile device moving from one cell to another is automatically handed off seamlessly. #snsct #snsinstitution #designthinker #snsdesignthinking

We love this Dilbert cartoon, as it always makes us laugh! The reality is when developing the technology for any wireless network including the new Fixed Wireless networks, wires are involved. In a Fixed Wireless network, the end user will not require wires, as radio signals deployed from “ground stations” or specialised radio towers to transmit data to outdoor antennas, connection boxes (reuter), and your mobile devices. Wires, however, are needed to connect the panel sections that make up the towers and are required to link each tower in a transmission chain together, and to connect them directly to an exchange via a hard fibre connection. Additionally, there will be wires required to feed the outdoor antennas required by Fixed Wireless networks and connect them to your reuter. In saying this, at the end of the day, Fixed Wireless and other wireless networks do allow much more access to the internet and mobile networks in what feels like a wire free environment. To understand how our team at Vecta Labs can support you as a network provider in delivering fast, efficient, pre-tested and ready to switch on Fixed Wireless networks (which we can install on towers in a matter of hours), get in touch today – contact@vectalabs.com #wireless #fixedwireless #5G #technology #cellular #mobilenetwork #internet

A technology trial by Frontier Internet is yet again pushing the boundaries of fiber broadband. Frontier announced it successfully trialed 100G speeds across its network using Nokia passive optical networks (PON) technology, specifically Nokia’s Lightspan MF Fiber PON platform. The trial demonstrates the ability for Frontier to eventually simultaneously support broadband speeds of 100G, 50G, 25G, and 10G across a single strand of fiber. Frontier calls this quad band coexistence technology. Try saying that five times in a row. 😃 Frontier reports it currently supports 10G and 25G speeds. We've come a long way from the debate as to whether customers really need 1 gig haven't we? #fiberbroadband #fiberoptics #broadband #nokia #gigabit #frontier

Hello connections!! A: 5G is the 5th generation mobile network. It is a new global wireless standard after 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. 5G enables a new kind of network that is designed to connect virtually everyone and everything together including machines, objects, and devices. 5G wireless technology is meant to deliver higher multi-Gbps peak data speeds, ultra low latency, more reliability, massive network capacity, increased availability, and a more uniform user experience to more users. Higher performance and improved efficiency empower new user experiences and connects new industries. #snsinstitutions #snsdesignthinkers #designthinking
