This certainly isn’t an exhaustive list of progressions, but certainly enough to get the ball rolling Honourable mention goes to the lateral trunk / obliques being able to assist in resisting deformation through the trunk laterally flexing upon ground contact. Watch closely and follow these simple steps: 1. Begin by riding at a moderate speed, maintaining a comfortable stance, pedals level, left foot forward. 2. As you approach, bend your knees slightly and prepare to initiate the Endo grab the from brake, and push your right bar away from you using your palm. 3. Shift your weight backward while simultaneously grabbing the seat. 4. With a quick, explosive motion, propel your body back and take your right foot off. 5. As you reach the peak land on the peg and push your bars over slightly to the left. 6. Judging on years of observation,I can assure you the majority of GKS don’t seem to understand the true definition of setting up, stance, gestures, structure or whatever you want to call it, to most it’s a simple common practice thing. Wrong, it’s a powering process that should be drilled in at the development stages. If you want to help your GK to get from A to B in a heartbeat and execute a la Alison's way? I’ll be highlighting all 3 processes separately.
