2nd on the vibration alarm, it's so gentle. Alarm clocks feel so unnatural now. I use the whoop vibration alarm in conjunction with the Sleepme Inc. to heat my bed right before I wake up. Night and day (pun intended 😂) difference in the wake up experience.
