As you say, stress isn’t inherently good or bad.
It’s our response to it.
These tools are useful when you notice a peak or a trough and take a moment to experience how you feel at that moment if possible.
Helps recognise the signs
When you’re self-critical, that automatically activates the stress response. If you give yourself praise and support, it helps reduce stress.

"Stress is an alarm clock that lets you know you're attached to something not true for you."- Byron Katie
As we embark upon a new theme for a new week, these words remind us that stress can be what awakens us to what is true within us.
Stress is often seen as something that is unwelcome in our lives yet it can serve as a push for us to reevaluate what is truly important and what really matters.
Providing us with an opportunity to reflect on what is causing the stress and potential ways in which to address it.
So that we can let go of what is not good for us and embrace what is meaningful and beneficial, asking ourselves the tough questions along the way to be able to do this..
Recognising the signs and meanings of the stress in your life, plus how to better manage and reduce it, is this week’s weekly email’s focus.

📌STRESS is the #1 Killer in the WORLD...
We ALL live in levels of STRESS.
📌80 percent of all dis-ease is caused and rooted in STRESS.
We like to pretend we are ok, that we can handle our life, that we belong despite our internal war.
We wish away and blind ourselves to the damage our decisions bring...
...to us...
...to others...
...to our lovers...
...our children...
...our teams.
Those we care most for.
How can you say to the weed in your garden,
"You do not exist?"
"You are not there?"
"I cannot see or feel you?"
This only allows the deception to steal your authority over your own life and create situations that stack up against you like...
...like...
Dominoes.
When they all fall, you fall. You're crushed.
Time to rebuild.
Time to Acknowledge the STRESS...
Before it KILLS you.
✔️Acknowledge YOUR Stress
✔️Make a plan to manage YOUR Stress (Diet, Exercise, Delegation)
✔️Express YOUR stress... in a healthy way.
✔️Detach from YOUR Stress or the OUTCOMES you think will happen.
✔️Help Others Do the SAME.
✔️Enjoy the FEELINGS that come from helping others.

That just sounds like a normal day I hear you say!
And that’s the problem with micro stressors.
All the rushing around every day, all the things we have to do, being pulled in all directions is ‘just the way life is!’
Wrong! Yes life may be busy, we have responsibilities and things that we need to do, things may happen we aren’t expecting BUT there are so many things we can do to manage our stress, to be more organised, to plan, we can take control and make things better. We can learn to react differently to unexpected events!
It might feel impossible right now because you’re in so deep you can’t see the way out or have no idea where to start
But believe me when I say it is possible, and I know because I’ve been there - chronic stress affected me for over a decade but not anymore!
If you’d like to make a start managing your stress then comment ‘MICRO’ in a DM and i’ll send you a guide on how you can do just that!
p.s This is by no means an exhaustive list of micro stressors! There are so many things that can cause us these micro moments of stress, this example was merely to illustrate what a micro stressor is and how they may always be part of your day!
